Organic unbleached white wheat flour with germ, organic whole rye flour, organic whole spelt flour, water, olive oil, natural yeast culture, salt. Olive-Rosemary Flatbread had chopped Calamata olive sand rosemary in the dough.

A harmony of rosemary and dark Calamata olives.  We recommend dousing it with olive oil and sprinkling it with sea salt.  Made on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
