Annual Meeting Update
Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's Annual Meeting and voting process.
Although we did not reach quorum during the Annual Meeting itself, we were able to reach the required number of votes shortly afterward, allowing the results to be certified by the Secretary. The results of the proposed bylaw amendments are as follows:
Proposition #1: 95 Yes, 2 No, 3 Abstain
Proposition #2: 92 Yes, 7 No, 1 Abstain
Proposition #3: 98 Yes, 1 No, 1 Abstain
Proposition #4: 99 Yes, 1 No, 0 Abstentions
Proposition #5: 90 Yes, 5 No, 5 Abstentions

We did not receive any new candidates for the Board of Directors this year, which means we are currently operating with eight Directors. Our target is at least nine, and we are actively recruiting new Board members.
We're also moving to a rolling recruitment model, meaning we're always interested in connecting with Owners who may be interested in serving. If you know someone who cares about the future of the Co-op, please encourage them to reach out. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to help guide the Co-op's future and represent the interests of our member-ownership.
If you're not ready to join the Board, there are still many ways to participate. Co-op Owners can join a committee without serving on the Board of Directors. Active committees include Finance, Governance, and Expansion. Committees play an essential role in shaping decisions and guiding the future of the Co-op. While expansion is the primary focus this year, there are many opportunities to get involved beyond the Expansion Committee. The Governance Committee will continue refining the Bylaws and Certificate of Incorporation to support the Co-op's long-term goals, while the Finance Committee provides valuable advice and insight on the complex financial planning involved in the expansion.
Board meetings are open to the public, and we always welcome comments and questions. Board meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in person at Town Hall, and can be joined remotely via Zoom.
