Front End Team Member (Part-Time)
Job Summary: To provide excellent and accurate customer service under the direction of the Front End Manager. Front End Staff are responsible for customer transactions at the register and assisting customers as needed. This position also receives and stocks orders, keeps product and supplies stocked, and maintains the cleanliness of the store. Employee Status (Part-Time or Full-Time) and scheduled hours are dependent on availability and performance, and may fluctuate week-to-week based on the needs of the business.
Hours & Pay Rate: approx. 20 hours per week, starting at $16 per hour.

Fresh Buyer & Produce Lead (Full-Time)
Job Summary: To select, order, price, and maintain fresh departments (including Produce and some Refrigerated), and promote products to meet objectives for sales, margin, inventory turns and customer service in accordance with the Potsdam Co-op Mission Statement. This position will work closely with the management team, including the General Manager, Operations Manager, and the Front End Manager to ensure departmental support and coordination.
Hours & Pay Rate: approx. 32 hours per week, starting at $18 per hour; dependent on previous relevant experience.
