Potsdam Food Co-op 2026 proxy Authorization for proposed bylaw amendments

We need your vote to reach our quorum of 100 memberships or 10 percent of the total current memberships, whichever is smaller. The proposed bylaw amendments will only be enacted on the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the membership voting thereon.

To vote, one must have an up-to-date Co-op membership. Only one (1) vote per member-household is permitted.

Submit your proxy authorization in one of these ways:

1. Complete the online proxy authorization form below;

2. Drop completed proxy authorization into the ballot box at the Co-op by 12pm on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026;

3. Mail it to be received at the Co-op no later than Monday, May 11th, 2026;

4. Bring it to the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at Potsdam Town Hall, 18 Elm St, Potsdam, NY. The meeting is set to begin at 7 pm, after the potluck dinner at 6 pm. 

If you do not wish to give a proxy, you may vote in person at the Annual Meeting (see #4 above). Details on virtual meeting participation (including an option for online voting) will be available a week before the Annual Meeting.
