Potsdam Food Co-op 2026 proxy Authorization for proposed bylaw amendments

We need your vote! Two-thirds of the membership voting in favor of the following proposals is required to make the amendments to the Bylaws.

To vote, one must have an up-to-date Co-op membership. Only one (1) vote per member-household is permitted.

Submit your proxy authorization in one of these ways:

1. Complete the online proxy authorization form below;

2. Drop completed proxy authorization into the ballot box at the Co-op by 12pm on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026;

3. Mail it to be received at the Co-op no later than Monday, May 11th, 2026;

4. Bring it to the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at Potsdam Town Hall, 18 Elm St, Potsdam, NY. The meeting is set to begin at 7 pm, after the potluck dinner at 6 pm. 

If you do not wish to give a proxy, you may vote in person at the Annual Meeting (see #4 above). Details on virtual meeting participation (including an option for online voting) will be available a week before the Annual Meeting.
